Big Sky RV in Bozeman, a 32 year old locally owned and operated business, is now accepting applications for the 2020 season. Duties and Position Summary: • Lock/Unlock all inventory daily • Show/Demonstrate all available RV’s for sale, including used motor homes, fifth wheels, and travel trailers • Assist clients in all aspects of purchasing and owning a Recreational Vehicle • Maintain contact and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction either in person, on the phone, or with the use of CRM program • Work in conjunction with other departments within Big Sky RV to ensure complete customer satisfaction Qualifications: • A great first impression with a warm and friendly greeting • A positive attitude with a strong work ethic • Skillful self time management with the capability to multi-task • Basic math and computer skills • A desire to work in a fun environment that rewards production and professionalism Working Conditions: Full time position will have a singular, dedicated office space. Seasonal position may have shared office space depending on number of accepted applications. Position consists of a combination of time spent inside the office following up with clients, and outside showing products on the lot. BONUS! Big Sky RV allows employees to wear shorts daily during the hot summer months. We also close the dealership for several days for Thanksgiving, and several weeks over Christmas and New Years to allow our employees to spend time with friends and family.
