Meet the Big Sky RV Team.

Wayne Fredrickson - Co-Owner

Wayne was born and raised in a small rural community in northeastern Iowa and after school moved to Tucson Arizona where he had two boys and honed his selling skills. Once the number one salesman in the country for International Scouts, Wayne's enthusiasm for selling was launched. In Arizona he sold RV's for a large dealer and in 1983 decided to make the move to Montana to raise his sons. He worked for a few years for a local auto/rv dealer where many customers became friends and when the time came to open the doors of Big Sky RV those friends supported him and helped to establish the foundation of what would become a fun and successful business. Wayne is an avid bird hunter and the owner and breeder of Boykin Spaniels. He recently became involved at a national level for these great little hunting dogs and has worked very diligently for Pheasants Forever and the acquisition of public hunting lands. He spends roughly 100 days a year in his RV and knows what he is talking about when he says, "There's nothing like the feeling of pulling out of town in your RV."

Donavon Frederickson - Co-Owner

Although originally a native of Arizona, Donovan has spent the majority of his life in the state of Montana. He has been actively involved in the RV business for the past 12 years. He is an outdoor enthusiast whose hobbies and pastimes include Hunting to include Big game as well as Birds, using both Bow and rifle. He also, when the opportunity arises, likes to wet a line and see if the catfish are biting. He has a fondness for classic cars and vintage RV’s. And likes the challenge of renovating the ones that need a little TLC. Donavan has a unique outlook on life as well as being well read on just about anything from politics to automobile repair.

Don Osborne - Sales

A native of Tennessee he has lived in the state of Montana for the past 21 years. He owned his own Office Furniture business for 13 years and has been with Big Sky RV since April of 2003. He’s enjoys spending time with his family as well as dabbling in amateur photography. He spends many of his weekends riding the back roads of Montana and often parlays this into a camping and fishing excursion. He enjoys travel and spending the evening playing poker with friends and family. When Don joined Big Sky RV he brought his professionalism, honesty, and salesmanship along to insure that Big Sky RV remains # 1 in the business.

Chad Osborne - Sales

Chad has been in Montana since 1986. He started out as a meat cutter for a large supermarket chain and then became the Sales Manager for a well known Office Furniture store. Chad is an avid fisherman and spends most of his free time fishing from his boat in Canyon Ferry. When winter comes along he switches gears into the hunting mode and looks forward to filling his freezer with fresh game. Chad believes in family first and is looking forward one day to starting his own. He brings his youthful enthusiasm and easy going ways to Big Sky RV and enjoys meeting people from all walks of life. He has become an integral part of the Sales and success of Big Sky RV.

Henry Marcelin - Sales

Henry joined Big Sky RV after 26 years as a car salesman. He has many skills and talents to include 18 years in Martial Arts and 300 hours of flying his own plane. He enjoys backpacking, hunting, 4 wheeling on his ATV and especially spending time with his grand children. Henry’s love of the outdoors made it a perfect pairing to work in RV sales. He loves to see what other people are doing and enjoys meeting people and listening to their camping tales. He brings a high level of professionalism and integrity to the job!

Jon Platt - Sales

In 1996 Jon started his customer service career at a large, on the water marine dealership. In 2002 Jon joined Big Sky RV's team in RV and marine sales. When Jon joined Big Sky RV he brought along his high-energy and enthusiasm. He really enjoys the energy that resonates in this job everyday as well as the diversity of customers he encounters. Jon is always happy to match a customer to the camper or boat of their dreams!

Tom Putnam - Sales

Tom hails as a native of South Dakota but moved to Montana in 1960 and graduated form Bozeman High School. He spent the years before coming to work for Big Sky RV in Automotive Sales. Tom and his wife are currently raising their grandkids and enjoy on a daily basis just being able to live in the beautiful state of Montana... Tom has a great sense of humor and generally brings it to work with him on a daily basis. Tom truly has brought his strong experience and vast knowledge of RV’s to the table and continues to perform at a level above the norm.

Darryl Conrad - Sales

Darryl's background for the last 22 years has been in the home improvement and marine industries. He and his wife go camping at every opportunity and usually combine it with hiking, hunting, fishing and riding ATV's. Darryl loves to cook especially on a campfire. He joined the Big Sky team so that he could help others enjoy the outdoors as much as he does.

Russell Dill - Finance

Russell originally from Lexington, Ohio has been in the Bozeman area for the past ten years! He has 30 years of combined Finance, Sales, and Management background. He enjoys snowmobiling and sporting clays! He also is an avid follower of Ohio State Football (Go Buckeyes!) and Formula 1 racing cars. Russell's past successes support his firm commitment to the ongoing and continued success of Big Sky RV.
