Wayne was born and raised in a small rural community in northeastern Iowa and after school moved to Tucson Arizona where he had two boys and honed his selling skills. Once the number one salesman in the country for International Scouts, Wayne's enthusiasm for selling was launched. In Arizona he sold RV's for a large dealer and in 1983 decided to make the move to Montana to raise his sons. He worked for a few years for a local auto/rv dealer where many customers became friends and when the time came to open the doors of Big Sky RV those friends supported him and helped to establish the foundation of what would become a fun and successful business. Wayne is an avid bird hunter and the owner and breeder of Boykin Spaniels. He recently became involved at a national level for these great little hunting dogs and has worked very diligently for Pheasants Forever and the acquisition of public hunting lands. He spends roughly 100 days a year in his RV and knows what he is talking about when he says, "There's nothing like the feeling of pulling out of town in your RV." |

Donavon has been involved with RVs and the RV industry for over 20 years. Beginning as lot boy in the summers then a RV detailer, working his way up to become a RV technician during high school and collage. Then after 4 years as a GM technician Donavon entered into RV sales and sold RVs for 5 years. Donavon then began to manage Big Sky RVs Service department before becoming the General Manager in 2006. Donavon serves on the national dealer advisory board for Jayco and is passionate about all aspects of RVs and the RV lifestyle. Born In Arizona and transplanted to Montana in 1983 Donavon grew up camping fishing and hunting an he truly loves all the activities Montana outdoors has to offer. |

Steve is the newest addition to the Big Sky RV sales team. Spending half the year enjoying Montana's beautiful lakes for fishing, mountains for horseback riding or all the other amazing outdoor activities Montana has to offer and the other half of the year on his family ranch in Arizona with his animals. Steve brings a wonderful personality to the team and looks forward to meeting new people from all walks of life. |

Darryl and his wife have camped from Florida to Alaska in all types of RV's. They still go camping in their Jayco trailer at every opportunity and usually combine it with hiking, hunting, fishing or riding ATV's. Darryl loves to cook, especially over a campfire. He joined the Big Sky RV team in 2006 so that he could help others to enjoy the outdoors as much as he does. |

Henry joined Big Sky RV after 26 years as a car salesman. He has many skills and talents to include 18 years in Martial Arts and 300 hours of flying his own plane. He enjoys backpacking, hunting, 4 wheeling on his ATV and especially spending time with his grand children. Henrys love of the outdoors made it a perfect pairing to work in RV sales. |

Chad has been in Montana since 1986. He started out as a meat cutter for a large supermarket chain and then became the Sales Manager for a well known Office Furniture store. Chad is an avid fisherman and spends most of his free time fishing from his boat in Canyon Ferry. When winter comes along he switches gears into the hunting mode and looks forward to filling his freezer with fresh game. Chad believes in family first and enjoys spending time with his son. He brings his youthful enthusiasm and easy going ways to Big Sky RV and enjoys meeting people from all walks of life. |

Jon is a native Montanan who started his customer service career in 1996 at a large, on the water, boat dealership. He worked in all phases of the dealership, from parts, to service, to sales. In 2002 Jon moved from Great Falls to Bozeman and joined the team at Big Sky RV. When not working Jon loves to travel, re-connecting with old friends and meeting new ones along the way. |
